Hey all!

If you're someone who's been following me for a while, you're probably already well aware that I'm a part of a group on here that's focused on a closed species called beanlings, the Beanling Patch!

They're these little plant-based wish fairies- they're born from wishes, and then they grow up when the wishes come true. I absolutely adore the species and they're the one closed species group/ARPG sort of thing that I've actually been able to keep interested in and keep up with, haha.

But! There's some really exciting things going on over there right now!

I've recently been added as a guest artist, so I'm now able to do auctions/sales here and there, like these little guys I have open right now~

And as I mention in the description there, there's a big event going on from now until August 15th! It's called the Starfall Faire, and if you're someone who's interested in joining the species, it's a great time to use the event to play games and get yourself started with items on-site that'll help you to quest and grow your beanlings! And if you don't have a beanling yet, there's also a few free beanling raffles going on as a part of the event too! For these guys, one is for First Time Owners only, so you'll have a good shot at winning them if you're a newbie!

And also, if you're someone who's more interested in the ARPG/storyline aspects of these sorts of species, we're at the start of a plotline that's going on around Prism Vale too!

Ceru-Blues and I have been collaborating to get the story comics going for the plot line, and there are plenty of prompts open and exciting things that are going to be coming to the species in the next few months~

Oh, and the group has a Discord as well, if you wanted to chat with members and get a feel for things before you join! We're a relatively small community, but it's a nice little bunch.

Hey all!! It's been for-freakin-ever since I've posted a journal, lol. But that's fine.

If you've been watching my submissions, you've probably noticed that I've joined an ARPG group called WhistlerCrest ! It's been pretty neat, basically a bunch of critters living and working together in their little magical communities.

BUT

This month, they just released a new third playable species! Astralits!

They're these adorable little space cat/bat critters with hooves? And they've got an ongoing plotline right now, so if you're interested you could create an astralit yourself and join in on things!

There's a bunch of upgrades available right now by participating in prompts, so get in if you're interested! It'll all be going on all month, but there's an extra window open til June 5th for special Astralits with different colored palm spots. c:

Hi there!

ceruleansblues and I are happy to announce that we are organizing a "Secret Santa" MYO design exchange for Toffee-Tama's Beanling and Flowerling closed species!

The species info is located over at Beanling-Patch or on the species' website, https://beanling-patch.com/

For this exchange, participants will design a beanling or flowerling for another participant! We will do our best to match people up based on their preferences, but anyone that can't be matched neatly will be randomly assigned. When you sign up for the exchange, you’ll be able to add moodboards, palettes, and general ideas for what you would like to receive that will be passed on to your designer. Anyone who wants to participate is welcome to join and create a design, but they will need to provide their own MYO token in order to make the design they receive into an official MYO Beanling or Flowerling. (Which, if you're needing a MYO token, there are currently multiple events going on via prompts and on the Discord that have prizes that include free MYOs, so it's a great time to get started or active in the group!)

In order to keep things organized and on track, we’re going to have a few deadlines:

November 21: Sign-Ups Close [Closed]

November 22nd: Pairings Assigned.

>December 6th: First progress check. [Countdown Here!]

December 22nd: Second progress check.

December 28th: Design submission deadline

January 1st, 2021: Design reveals!

All deadlines are for 23:59 EST (New York) on the days listed above. You can check when that will be in your timezone here: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/

Progress checks are to ensure that everyone can get their parts done on time! To that end, if there are any problems that arise, or anyone needs to back out, then please let either me or ceruleansblues know as soon as possible, so that we can handle the situation if need be.

In the unfortunate event that a participant in the exchange would be unable to complete their design by the deadline for whatever reason, one of the event organizers will step in to create a design for their intended recipient, to the best of our ability.
